What is TOCFL?
It is a nationally recognized test developed by the Steering Committee for the Test Of Proficiency-Huayu of Taiwan (SC-TOP) and has been conducted for learners of Chinese language (Chinese) around the world since 2003.

- Who wants to apply for a Taiwan government scholarship.
