What is the B.U.D. Program?

B.U.D. stands for Bridge of Unity in Diversity. ALIEEP‘s BUD Club is a leadership program for youth and young professionals to learn and share multicultural diversities, exchange real-world multicultural experiences, participate in practical multiculturalism, and gain multicultural competency through structures and educational volunteerism. BUD Club builds character for oneself and inclusive communities in the neighborhood.

Multicultural Diversity Training

Our experienced professional staff provides multicultural diversity education or training sessions to improve and enhance soft skills working with multilingual and multicultural friends, colleagues, customers, or businesses.

It can be as subtle as embedded in our Challenge Alabama theatrical performance, or as obvious as a workshop lasting 75 minutes to hours, depending on mutually agreed availability.
