Bridging Education. Inspiring Global Impact.
Connecting global talents and strengthening Alabama’s educational and economic growth through international collaboration.
What is the International Convention?
ALIEEP International Convention promotes Alabama’s educational and economic leadership globally and recruits global talent to Alabama. For the past several years, we focused on highly qualified talents to fill the shortage for Alabama local school districts in the shortage fields since 2018. The early times of the AKEEP International Convention had concentrated on recruiting businesses to Alabama, which ALIEEP may continue when time permits.
What is the purpose of the convention?
ALIEEP bridges Alabama and the international communities to benefit one another, take advantage of growing economic prosperity, and enhance workforce opportunities. ALIEEP reduces procedural and cultural barriers to adopt dynamically evolving 21st-century needs effectively.
To achieve these goals, state leaders must immerse themselves in the differences and similarities by visiting international communities and networking with global leaders.
Then, they can truly understand its effect and apply what they experienced and learned to their decision-making on affecting other lives. Therefore, ALIEEP organizes an annual convention.
