Love Over Fear

May 9th, 2025

Troy University's Davis Theatre

About The Show

At AWAKE (Academy for World Arts, Knowledge, and Equity), cultural diversity is celebrated. But when Ava is confronted with bullying in her school, how will she overcome her quietness of spirit to take a stand for what is right? Historical heroes Yu Gwan Sun of Korea, Sarojini Naidu of India, Martin Luther King, JR. and Maya Angelou make an unlikely appearance to share their stories of peaceful activism in this all – too- timely story.
