Montgomery, Alabama, December 17, 2025 — Alabama International Education and Economic Partnership (ALIEEP), a nonprofit supporting multilingual education and workforce development in Alabama, welcomed trainee Hsieh Sara from Taichung City, Taiwan. Sara has a seven-year educational background, encompassing Chinese and English language teaching.
For the next six months, Sara will prioritize promoting Chinese language learning through shadowing successful foreign instructors, researching promotional strategies, refining teaching practices, and executing cultural events. Her passion for cultural exchange and instructing is evident through her enthusiasm and determination.
I aim to have an enriching experience both personally and professionally. I am confident that my communication skills will improve tremendously over the next six months! I am excited to teach students through hands-on practices and identify what methods work for an American audience.”
ALIEEP is optimistic about her future contributions. It expects more trainees from Taiwan, strengthening its relationship with the Taiwanese Ministry of Education.
