The partnership between ALIEEP and Ethiraj College for Women, Chennai, India, opens new doors for global learning, faculty and student exchanges, internships, and cross-cultural exchange with Alabama. It will create powerful pathways to empower women to grow, lead, and succeed. This collaboration carries a personal significance for me, as Ethiraj is the alma mater of both my sisters.”

ALIEEP anticipates longevity from its partnership with Ethiraj College for Women, ensuring an ongoing cycle of student and faculty exchange, as well as cultural collaboration. Mrs. Meeson Han articulated the impact and need for continuous international exchange to amplify multilingual and multicultural learning; therefore, cultivating a generation of exceptional leaders capable of understanding, empathy, and innovation.

The event began with a presidential welcome from Ethiraj College of Women’s Chairman, Board of Trustees, Principal, and Faculty. The festivities featured various musical and dance performances by the students, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere. Following these performances, ALIEEP took the stage with key personnel from Ethiraj College for Women to discuss the significance and future aspirations of its partnerships. Our U.S. Delegates provided their comments along with the Ethiraj faculty and staff. Following a thought-provoking Q&A session, ALIEEP and Ethiraj signed the MoU, marking the conclusion of the formal portion of the event.
