What’s the TOCFL?
The Test of Chinese as a foreign Language (TOCFL) is a standardized language proficiency test developed for non-native speakers of Chinese. This is the second year ALIEEP has partner with Taiwan’s department of Education. We are excited to host this wonderful test every year.
How can I register?

Step 2: Apply for the exam during the application period after registering.

What are the benefits of taking the test?
Test takers with high proficiency may be eligible for the Alabama Seal of Biliteracy (for K-12 participants) or the Global Seal of Biliteracy offered by ALIEEP and the Taiwanese Ministry of Education. Learners in academic or independent settings can also familiarize themselves with the exam format and assess their proficiency level.
