Ms. Jemma’s class from Booker T. Washington visited a local Korean restaurant in Montgomery, AL, for a hands-on cultural experience. There, students learned to roll Kimbap—a traditional Korean dish—while exploring its ingredients, preparation, and cultural significance.  Surrounded by classmates and guided by Ms. Jemma, the students gained a deeper appreciation for Korean cuisine and history. At ALIEEP, we aim to enrich our community through engaging, multicultural, and multilingual learning opportunities that inspire curiosity and connection.
