ALIEEP - AUM Resident Program
From Student to Certified Educator.
Designed for international students in Alabama who want to become educators, this program combines academic study at AUM with real classroom experience in local schools. Participants build teaching skills, gain hands-on exposure, and receive guidance through certification and career placement.
J-1 Exchange Educator Program
Bringing Global Educators into Alabama Classrooms.
This program allows experienced international educators to teach in Alabama K–12 schools while sharing their culture and gaining global teaching experience. Participants work alongside local educators, engage with communities, and contribute to cross-cultural learning.
RAIE Program
Turning International Graduates into Educators.
The RAIE Program supports international graduates in Alabama who are ready to begin their teaching careers. It provides structured guidance, school placement support, and a clear pathway into the Alabama education system.
